Hendrik Müller studied Business Informatics at the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences, the University of the West of Scotland and the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. After having obtained his Bachelor's degree as the best graduate of his year, Hendrik Müller expanded his studies of Business Informatics through the Master's studies in Information Process Management and was honored as a Laureate in the context of the Student Excellence Day. In the course of his studies, he collected practical experience in database- and SAP Consulting at “Dell EMC” and worked in a BMBF-funded project for the planning and the optimization of versatile global value creation networks.

Furthermore, Hendrik Müller won the innovation award of the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences and worked as a trainer for the “SAP University Alliances Programme”. He is an author of the German administration book for the in-memory computing platform SAP HANA.

Since 2013, he is working as a researcher for the Fujitsu Lab Magdeburg and is engaged with the design of a data-driven capacity management approach which is based on artificial intelligence and delivers decision support for cost-effective operations of enterprise applications.
